Deal Pros Subprocessor List

Deal Pros, LLC uses the service providers below to operate the Deal Pros platform. Under the Data Processing Addendum, Deal Pros gives at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor.

Services you choose to connect
These services exchange data with Deal Pros only when your organization connects them. They act as your providers under your agreement with them:
- Microsoft (your own Outlook or Teams account)
- Dropbox, including scheduled backups your users set up to their own Dropbox
- DocuSign
- Google services
Copies that your organization exports or backs up to its own connected services are controlled by your organization. Deal Pros' deletion commitments do not reach those copies.
Not in use
Apollo (contact enrichment) is built into the Service but is not active. Deal Pros will add it to this list, with 30 days' notice, before turning it on.
AI providers and what they may receive
Deal Pros' AI provider registry controls which categories of data each AI provider may receive. Currently, no AI provider is approved to receive Data Room or confidential-document content. Content from a Data Room with AI Protection on, or marked Protected from AI, is never sent to any AI provider.
